Best reddit app I've found.

I'm not 1 to leave a review typically, simply this app is my most used by far and information technology deserves praise. The most used functions of reddit such as browsing and sorting through posts and comments are nicely designed and intuitive to navigate on both my iPhone and iPad. Though in that location are a multitude of options in menus and sub menus that I personally found confusing at times, there is no dubiousness you tin can make the app as simple or complex every bit you'd similar. Signing into my reddit account was piece of cake and has me replying to annotate threads or scrolling through my favorite subs in no time. The developers constantly brand small-scale tweaks and subtle improvements that continue the app running smooth equally silk. My but gripe is going through my comment history and not being able to pull upwardly the original post from my comment lone, but rather I would have to select the OP'southward profile and scroll through to the postal service to open information technology. A pocket-size inconvenience that I don't experience warrants a less than v-star review from me. Overall, if you lot're looking for a great reddit browser for your iPhone or iPad, wait no farther than Narwhal.

Coming from iAlien (which I was very happy with) was kinda weird. The carte bar existence on the correct than the left was hard to become used to also. BUT every bit time went on the app gained more than traction and more than customization options kept beingness added. Things similar what happens to a video or mail when forcefulness touching (for force touch on compatible devices) or what icon you prefer to use. Dark and calorie-free mode with a unmarried tap! No going through settings to change the way when viewing at nighttime or day. The font you read can exist changed. Literally most everything can be changed to your liking. Y'all can even hide certain menu options that you find yourself never using at all. Hopefully 1 day they add an option to switch the carte du jour tab from the right to left lol.

Recently a new tab was added called recently viewed and my goodness I did non know how much I actually would use that tab. I ever notice posts I find interesting only forget to save it and wouldn't exist able to find it later. Now I just go to that tab and it'southward there! It's super useful.

Clean and fast

I've compared narwhal to the official Reddit app a few times and narwhals strength is information technology's simplicity and layout in its interface that makes browsing thru Reddit very fast and efficient. The official Reddit app is so busy and poorly laid out. With narwhal I can scan more posts in a shorter amount of fourth dimension. Plus narwhal has single tap comment collapse and automatically marks posts every bit read and has the "mark all above as read" feature and even a "hide all to a higher place" to organize posts better and so you don't keep re-reading the same mail titles. If yous become through tons of posts per twenty-four hours on Reddit, narwhal is the better choice. It has better command over font settings besides. I promise the creators never mess upward narwhal and endeavor to exist more like the official Reddit app with more flashy icons that are just not necessary.
